Problem

In 2019 with expanding projects, Senior Partner Mary Ferguson was eager to bring on an additional team member to support her portfolio.

Audience

Eko Nomos works with non profit organizations and social enterprises that are seeking consultant expertise. Their work supports client’s needs within four areas including, strategic planning and evaluation, women’s equality and prosperity, food systems and social enterprise, and research and policy development.

Role

Bringing extensive experience in social enterprise development I have supported two clients working with Eko Nomos. The first as the lead facilitator on a 6 month project, and the second, a part of an evaluation team on a multi year project.

Process → Outcome

Facilitation for The Redwood →

I was the lead facilitator for a non profit women’s organization eager to explore, plan and launch a new social enterprise. I supported the organization through multiple in person facilitated sessions using tools, templates and processes to support the completion of a feasibility plan and business plan, both plans were funded.

Evaluation Team for Operation Grow →

I supported the Senior Partner through client engagement of this multi year project. Working a part of the evaluation team, I conducted and compiled staff interviews, and supported the evaluation report throughout various iterations with the client.
